Charnwood Eco Hub Bunting Workshop

Join us on Saturday 15th August 2026 from 11am-1pm at Charnwood Eco Hub, SOFA Building, Clarence Street, Loughborough, LE11 1DY for a fun and creative Bunting Making Workshop, where you’ll design and sew your own unique bunting using reclaimed and repurposed fabrics.

Choose from a wide range of colourful offcuts, vintage textiles and surplus materials to create a personalised string of flags perfect for home décor, celebrations, or garden spaces. You’ll learn simple cutting and sewing techniques (hand or machine, depending on availability) and explore how to combine patterns, textures and colours for maximum impact.

This relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop is all about creativity and sustainability, giving new life to fabric that might otherwise go to waste.

You’ll leave with a finished set of handmade bunting and the skills to keep making your own at home for any occasion.
